I already considered myself an advanced songwriter - and I even taught others in the art. However, Zelda gave me great new insights. My greatest breakthrough was that I found myself equipped with new professional tools to help me structure my writing efforts. It's not just a question of inspiration anymore. Instead, I now I can pull off great new songs easily at any time. I would recommend it to anyone interested in songwriting – irrespective of whether he/she is an amateur or a professional. Zelda Sheldon is an inspiring singer songwriting coach – so full enthusiasm and passion for the craft. She combines her decades of commercial songwriting experience with delivery of great tools and strategies for creating great songs. Her classes are loads of fun and she has great examples and lots of opportunities for hands on learning. My interest is in writing songs for children, and right after the very first session I went home and wrote 2 songs!!! I'm really enjoying my weekly one on one coaching with Zelda, getting to know and understand many different ways to come up with ideas for songs - things I never thought of before. I really like Zelda's coaching style – calm, systematic and she's so enthusiastic. In the past, I never even considered becoming an artist as I had always thought of myself as "a bad singer". Zelda has a very encouraging teaching manner and has been helping to build both my skills and confidence.
